We are an inventory management and category management solutions service provider.
We have been operating in the Asia Pacific region since October 2002.
V-Net captures information from all points of the supply chain from consumer sales at a daily store and item level, through to warehouse shipments and stock inventory levels from each store and distribution centre.
V-Net is currently importing data from over 3,000 retail stores within the Asia Pacific region on a daily basis. The retail POS data is imported on a daily basis at a store and product level.
Using this consumer demand data the solution processes the information through complex benchmarking and forecasting models to create demand plans and actionable outcomes that can either drive an actual retailer reverse purchase order or be used for improved planning purposes and detailed category management.
The key differentiator between the V-Net service model and other inventory management and category management solutions is the deployment of our customer intimate business model. We define the V-Net customer intimate business model as the manner in which the V-Net employees interact with the key customer sales and operations staff to ensure we provide an exceptional level of customer service.
The business analysts using the solution are employed by V-Net and work on-site at the client’s office. The advantage of having V-Net employees running the V-Net solution on behalf of our clients is that we are able to train and mentor the analysts to ensure they are utilising all the key functions of the solution.
